Baked (big) potato with the works
1/2 yellow bell pepper
handful of cherries
2 squares dark choc

Dinner:
Milk tea pearl
Green tea pearl

Supper:
Soybean milk with grassjelly
1 sq dark choc

Nothing. Woke up late.

Lunch:
Oatmeal
1 square 74% dark choc

Tea:
2 squares dark choc
tea
1 tau sar pastry
1 small baked potato with the works

Dinner:
baked potato with
cottage cheese
grey sea salt & black pepper
half yellow bell pepper finely chopped
crispy garlic silverfish bits
1 tau sar pastry
1 sq dark choc

After swim snack:
Glass soybean milk with grassjelly
1 red delicious apple with a tub aloe vera Meiji yoghurt

Oatmeal with wolfberries
1 red delicious
10 almonds
2 squares 74% dark chocolate

Lunch:
small baked potato
cottage cheese & garlicky silverfish topping
pink jambu and yoghurt
1 dried apricot

Tea:
2 tau sar pastries
1 cup milky tea

Dinner:
small baked potato with the works
small bowl of cherries
2 tau sar pastries
1 dried apricot

Almond cream

Lunch:
1 crispy KFC breast
1 medium whipped potato
1/3 pack of popcorn chicken

Dinner will be same as lunch
remaining 1/3 pack of popcorn chicken
1 red delicious

Pearl milk tea

Dinner:
2 pcs KFC crispy
1 medium coleslaw
1/3 pack popcorn chicken
3 mentos

I seemed to have inhaled the rest of the mentos later in the night... =/

chinese wolfberries

Lunch:
1 baked potato
cottage cheese & smoked salmon

Tea:
3 tau sar pastries
cup of tea

Dinner:
same as lunch

Supper:
Rest of the chocolate bar...it's family sized!!!

Breaded prawns from old chang kee
Squid fritters from old chang kee

(ah grandma place) :
Rice with veggie,fish fillet,chicken
(ah home):
Rice with sweet & sour fish,tofu soup, curry veggie & egg
Ice jelly

Been so busy the past 7 days working morning till night, I had no time to eat even!

Breakfast:
1 Meiji yogurt Pineapple
2 squares rum raisin dark chocolate

Lunch:
1 baked potato with cottage cheese, grey sea salt, black pepper and smoked salmon
2 tau sar pastries
8 squares rum raisin dark chocolate
peppermint tea

Tea:
1 chopped up red delicous mixed into 1 Meiji yogurt
some crackers and salmon spread

Dinner:
Same as lunch, baked potato with the works
Peppermint tea
Decolgen and sleeping after Charmed tonight!

2 small packs of crackers

Supper
half of KFC couple meal
durian

i slept half an hour after my supper!
no wonder i'm always not that hungry in the morning.
