Breakfast:
Glass of water and juice of 1 lime
2 maple biscuits

Lunch:
1 small baked potato with chopped red bell pepper, cottage cheese, black pepper, seasalt and garlicky caramelised silverfish (better than bacon bits)
2 maple biscuits for dessert =P~

Dinner:
Homemade teh-alia with loads of milk
2 spoons fish porridge (hubby was scoffing at the use of the word "SOME fish porridge)
